Plastic surgeons have been using injections of the muscle relaxant Botox to smooth wrinkled brows for several years, but recent clinical studies have shown that Botox can also significantly reduce migraine frequency, migraine severity, acute medication usage, and associated vomiting. Seniors may be able to see better this Fall!
June 2, 2002 Seniors noticing it's been harder to see may be able to see better this fall! For one week only, Valley Eye Center, P.A. will be offering four free Senior Eye Health screenings at four of its different locations throughout the Kansas City area. The screenings will allow JEC doctors and staff to determine seniors who need treatment for various eye disorders, such as cataracts or glaucoma. Screenings will be held at the practices' Independence, Plaza and St. Joseph locations. Senior Eye Health Week will run from October 16-19. See full story.
